Telecommunications engineer and Executive MBA, with over 15 years of experience in industrial and technological environments. Since 2022, I have led the Basque Artificial Intelligence Center.

I come from industrial environments where decisions have real consequences. I have worked close to operations, product development and R&D. That experience has shaped my approach: integrating technical, business and regulatory perspectives with a clear focus on application and impact.
At the Basque Artificial Intelligence Center, I lead the development of strategic guidelines and methodologies that support organizations in their technological transformation and in making informed business decisions. My work focuses on the human, cultural and strategic dimensions of adopting emerging technologies, with particular attention to applied and responsible Artificial Intelligence.
